With over 27 years in the dynamic technology and telecommunications sectors across Asia, I've committed to bridging the gap between finance, business, and operations to drive sustainable growth. My journey began in engineering, but a passion for numbers and strategy soon led me to transition into finance and commercial management. Over the years, I've held pivotal roles in customer-centric units, managing operations with up to 4,500 employees across Northeast and Southeast Asia. My journey has taken me to six countries, where I've led diverse teams and navigated fast-changing market dynamics, gaining firsthand experience in managing the scale of markets like China. As a CFO and Finance leader, I've transformed the traditional finance role into a strategic powerhouse, delivering business value and financial leadership. I spearheaded digital transformation initiatives, boosting operational efficiency and enhancing cost management, capital efficiency, compliance, and value creation. Over 19 years in leadership, including a decade as a Board Member, I have driven strategic growth, innovation, and effective governance. I also contributed to the successful implementation of a Compliance Framework, integrating it into business processes and operations. My academic credentials—being a Fellow Member of the FCMA, CGMA Chartered Global Management Accountant, and holding an Executive MBA from the top-ranked Kellogg School of Management – HKUST—complement my diverse professional expertise. With a Bachelor Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, I bring a unique perspective, applying diverse knowledge and background to the role. Currently, as the CFO of Networks Software R&D, I focus on leading software transformation for over employees to drive sustainable growth and fortify Ericsson's technology leadership.
