About Christopher Everley

Programmer Analyst skilled in various computer languages, database management and computer applications. I served as the Economic Analyst and Research Director for the Fort Smith Regional Chamber of Commerce for two years prior to joining Rheem in 2007. In that time, I developed and maintained the Chamber's Economic database. I provided analysis to the Vice President of Economic Development and other city officials, promoting job growth in the Greater Fort Smith Region. In 2007, I joined Rheem Manufacturing Company as the Programmer Analyst for Division Quality. My goal was simple: to identify key areas of product quality that need improvement by analyzing the Warranty database. I developed VB.NET applications that pull data from the Warranty database and turn it into actionable information. In 2011, my team identified and recovered $2.7 million from suppliers through warranty analysis. I now provide support to the entire AC Division - specifically Division Quality, Engineering, Marketing and Product Support.
