Confident, versatile, and dedicated leader who served honorably in the United States Army. During my service I gained invaluable management and leadership experience, all while earning a reputation for meeting goals and achieving milestones. I consider myself to have an extroverted personality, and am able to get along with, and work alongside all types of people as both a leader, and also as a team-player. With over 13 years' experience in both RF Telecommunications and IT— including 5 years' in direct leadership positions— I have thrived in a highly technical, up-tempo environment and am looking to expand upon my skill set in a position where I can utilize all the technical knowledge I have acquired. I have worked with several different Operating Systems, Server environments, and Databases to include: OS & Server Software- Active Directory Cisco Switches DNS DHCP TCP/IP SQL Oracle SQL Server Remote Desktop Services Unix VPN VAX VMS Windows Server Window Desktop Applications- Acronis Adobe McAffe VirusScan McAffe ePoIicy Orchestrator Microsoft Office MS Exchange VMware Virtualization Coordinate required training session between the Military and our own company, create classes, update resources and training material, and manage our operational crew's performance and knowledge to ensure high customer satisfaction and support. Currently holding an active TS/SCI clearance.
