About Christopher Forsman

My previous experience was in the maintenance industry for 4 years. I worked as a nightlead for two years of that, which involved maintaining our low pressure boilers by ensuring it's at the proper water level and at 15psi when in operation, Greasing our exhaust fans and air supply, along with changing filters in our hvac system. As a nightlead it was my job to supervise and ensure that there is a suitable environment for the public to safely use(keeping the building clean,checking for safety hazards(mold,mechanical failures,leaks). I have spent a year and a half so far with Owens Corning working in their Asphalt department (Trumbull division). I am currently working as an Operator TAD. My job requires that I keep an eye on the high pressure boilers, Converter(s) that our raw flux is being blown in so it doesn't exceed a set temp or set specs for a specific Asphalt, Grease valves, hookup raw flux rail cars to pump to our flux tanks, load tankers, test flux tanks and Asphalt (viscosity, penetration, flash point, creep, melt point), clean up Asphalt if there's a spill, general environment plant maintenance (mowing,weed whacking,trimming) I currently have my 1st class C boiler license/2nd Class B boiler license.
