I am hard working individual who has extensive experience of business systems and management within various industry sectors. My main expertise is within the automotive sector where I have worked since and have developed most of my extensive experience. I am dedicated, loyal and have a proactive approach to training and development which culminated in the the successful completion of a Degree in Applied Management for which I received a First. My knowledge of customer requirements is wide ranging, varied and has contributed to my continued development and progression within the automotive industry. I have extensive knowledge of APQP processes, the development and maintenance of FMEA, Control Plans, Standard Operations, TS16949 requirements, Audits (Internal & External) and certification requirements, JIT and general management principles.
