Mechanical Engineer currently employed as a Project Manager for IntelliTrak in Fairfield, Ohio. As a project manager, I am responsible for leading projects from inception to customer acceptance and take pride in engineering solutions for our diverse customers. My responsibilities include creating approval and installation drawings, producing Bill of Materials, maintaining project schedules and documentation, and assisting with installation at customer facilities. I am also the Product Manager for our shuttle and lift systems. My responsibilities include standardization of components for the product line, stress analysis and capability calculations, and creating part selection guides. I graduated from Murray State University with a degree in Engineering Physics. Shortly after graduating, I began my career at North American Stainless (NAS) working as a Project Engineer in the Mechanical Maintenance department. Even though I worked in maintenance, I would assist both maintenance and operations with designing line upgrades, defining and completing projects, and completing engineering studies on equipment. After one year at NAS, I shifted positions into being a Mechanical Maintenance Line Engineer. As a line engineer, I would manage the mechanical maintenance of seven lines within the Long Products Finishing Mill. My responsibilities included planning scheduled downtime, ordering new components and equipment, defining scopes for upgrades and projects, and management of assets using a CMMS, amongst other tasks. I managed a rotary annealing furnace, a shotblast and pickling conveyor system for angle / long rebar, and five combined cut-to-length lines.
