I have successfully led multi-disciplinary teams in large-scale operational restructuring, implemented continuous improvement programs, and developed robust growth strategies that deliver measurable results. At Cencora, I spearhead the integration of PharmaLex from a Private Equity held asset to a highly focused consulting group in the Pharma sector. My industry experience includes healthcare, pharma, automotive, consumer goods, banking, and food, giving me a holistic understanding of value creation in complex, regulated environments.
