About Christopher George

I have a wide range of experiences, both educationally and socially, that I use on a daily basis, allowing me to find common ground with people. In addition, I am always looking for ways to accomplish tasks quicker, and better each time. From the selfish side of human nature, people with less stress tend to be happier, and more productive, which often leads them to continue to look for easier ways to do their jobs. On the other hand, from a business perspective, the more efficient a person is at their job, the more productive they are, and ultimately generate more and usually in less time. I see the benefits of both aspects, and while the worker force and management approach the goal from opposite sides, I strive to engage people to become more involved in their tasks, to make it easier, increase quality, and increase production times. Currently my focus is on decreasing additional work that is inherent with industrial manufacturing, and juxtaposed to schedule and cost. I believe a work force that is engaged is more efficient, more proficient, more dedicated, and therefore a greater asset.
