Who I am-I am passionate about solving problems, human interaction and creating a work environment that people can be proud to be a part of. I believe in leadership by example and I love working with intelligent, creative individuals full of ideas and unafraid of change. I believe that the quality of a person and their life experiences provide a much clearer insight into a persons potential than "work experience."I consider myself a person of action and I believe that actions demonstrate one's priorities. I don't want to read about all the wonderful things the world has to offer, I want to live them. I am a licensed skydiver, a world traveler, and an avid kayaker.Achievements- Traveling the world which led me to meet the love of my life in Ireland whom I married in Belize- Surviving a double parachute malfunction at feet without deploying my reserve- Swimming in a lake at the peak of an extinct volcano- Making as many mistakes as possible to reflect and grow upon
