As an Experience Expert at T-Mobile, I have over 13 years of experience in the wireless industry, where I deliver exceptional customer service, build lasting relationships, and create tailored solutions. I ensure our customers have the best experience they have ever had in any retail store, by resolving their issues, educating them on our products, and taking ownership of any team knowledge gaps. I am also passionate about mental health care and education, and I am pursuing a Master of Education in Mental Health Counseling/Counselor at Hunter College. I have earned multiple certifications in Learning Management Systems, Instructional Design, and Learner Engagement, and I apply these skills to design and facilitate trainings for my colleagues and peers. My goal is to inspire and influence others, and to increase access to mental health care for diverse and underserved populations.
