Manage 4 business units in a 24/7 operation consisting of 3 production lines and the Supply Chain team. I am responsible for the supervision of a team of 3 Supervisors, 5 Administrative Support Personnel, and 104 associates. Develops plans and manages the movement of goods in a supply chain, liaising with many parties including suppliers of raw materials, manufacturers, retailers, transportation and consumers. I am responsible for the PR and Efficiency of the Bakery department and Can foods department and the Central Planning team.
