I have been doing institutional research in the education domain for more than five years. I am a Senior Research Analyst for Santa Monica College and before this I worked for Los Angeles Valley Community College and Omaha Public Schools. I have an MS in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. I am certified in Relational Database Fundamentals and Structured Query Language. I have consulted for Jefferson County Personnel Board, Center for Applied Psychological Services. I have managed the insurance claims system for a workers’ compensation company. I continue to seek opportunities to learn about new technologies and techniques to collect and analyze data.
