Currently operationally focused on delivering quality and value for the NHS, it’s patients, parents and young people by working with hard FM and PFI partners driving continuous improvement through KPI’s and promoting best practice in estates functions. Successful track record of completing projects on time and within budget, managing key stakeholders expectations, delivering value and benefits. Background in private and public sectors providing beneficial outputs, customer service, risk management, project management and commercial support. As a father working in a paediatric NHS trust it drives home how important the NHS is to the communities as well as the value it delivers in promoting and delivering positive health outcomes. Working with the Alder Hey Charity delivering enhancements to patient care and experience is one of the best parts of my job and drives me to take on personal challenges (e.g. national 3 peaks) in order to raise awareness of charity work and further funds to support additional benefits being realised. I am passionate about the outdoors and advocating exposure to nature as a means to improve your physical and mental health and well-being. Always looking for the next challenge which is why I’ve set myself on the path of continuous self improvement and professional development so I am ready to meet that challenge.
