As an experienced recruiter and HR professional, I’ve built my career helping companies hire and develop strong teams across logistics and hospitality. I’ve managed full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and training while supporting leaders in filling roles at every level. Most recently, I served as a Senior Regional Recruiter at Lineage Logistics, where I led high-volume hiring events, partnered with managers on staffing strategies. Recruiting has so many moving parts, and I enjoy bringing them together to create a smooth process. From sourcing candidates to supporting managers and guiding new hires, I value being able to connect people with opportunities that help both the individual and the business succeed.
