With my ability to communicate with cross-departmental staff to capture training requirements, I excel at delivering powerful and targeted learning tools while effectively driving program improvements to enhance learning experiences and elevate employee performances within the company. especially within the Business Development and Instructional Design practice areas.Though I have knowledge of business, my years in the school system have helped me grow tremendously on the training and technology leadership front. I have strong research skills and troubleshooting abilities. I am familiar with the technical processes and procedures used in analyzing problems and developing solutions. Utilizing educational technology and my skills in marketing to engage individuals and create paperless classrooms, my skills and knowledge of instructional technology allow me to move groups of students, teachers, and even employees of businesses forward into a new realm of innovation and productivity.Realizing that this data cannot adequately convey my personal strengths.
