My past 7 years as a culinary professional and manager have taught me how to overcome obstacles and maintain client and coworker relations in a fast paced environment. My hands on approach to work and self-education has distinguished me as a quick to learn and loyal employee. Raised to Kitchen Manager in less than a year of introduction, I recognize what it takes to run a business and how to play an integral part in its management. From there I moved from a small, independent business to a high-volume corporate franchise and have exceeded my responsibilities and taken on the role of trainer.
