I am a hands-on Finance and Operations leader. Currently with Nimbus Eco I am overseeing new growth and brand introduction and awareness on the East Coast, while monitoring cash flow/supply chain processes/and financing opportunities. At Marcal (dba Soundview Paper), I expanded my responsibilities during a turbulent two year period that saw three CFO changes, cash flow issues and significant staff turnover. In addition to being the Parent Roll Business Controller responsible for over half of the company tons, I also became Director of Cash Management. I oversaw AR and AP departments and was personally responsible for Daily Cash Flow and Bank reporting to the Board of Directors and Leadership team. I successfully stabilized AR/AP by improving processes, recruiting and training to fill short positions. Prior to Marcal, I was the Director of Finance and Operations for Target Fiber, a small business partnership between The Heuchling Group and Target Marketing Worldwide with annual sales of $40MM. Target Fiber was a pure broker in the pulp, waste paper, paperboard, and parent roll markets. I oversaw both the accounting and operations departments and personally handled all daily cash flow and bank reporting duties for the $9MM Asset-Based Loan. I enjoy using my past experience to relate to current and future opportunities, and to not only help run a business both efficiently and effectively, but help grow a business exponentially.
