During my career I have proven time and again to be a valuable asset to my team. With my extensive knowledge of architecture as well as project management, I have the insight and knowledge to recognize inconsistencies and find the issues early on in the construction project. I spearhead every aspect of the project from start to finish and my methodical process rarely deviates from the project process. With this insight, I have been able to provide my clients with value engineering options resulting in both time and economical savings. My responsibilities have included the preparation, monitor and maintain schedule, responsible for quality of project meetings, preparation of minutes of meetings, reports project status to rest of dept. and management, coordinate and oversee site supervision, develop and maintain client relations, managing contracts on multiple construction projects, responsible for overall success of project, organizing activities through design and construction phases, assist in assembly of estimating project duration, budget planning and control and resourse requirements, define project scope and deliverables with other management, coordinate and manage contractors, engineers, designer and architects while maintaining service to client, prepare tender packages, inlcuding scopes of work for all trades, tender analysis and award contracts, manage quotations and change orders, oversee monthly variances reporting, forecasting and asset management, review and process invoices and progress draws, liaise/meet with trade/suppliers regarding invoicing, shop dwg status, change notice status, RFI's, monitor and approve T&M works, quality of work, deficiencies and commissioning, meet with payment certifiers to prep. monthly progress draws prior to final invoicing, review/recommend and prepare credit/back charges, liaise with site supers, develop and maintain RFI, Shop Dwg, Change Order logs as necessary, contract close out,
