I advise clients on high profile claims in collective action proceedings brought before the Competition Appeal Tribunal and related proceedings in the Court of Appeal (Civil Division) of England and Wales.I am studying part-time for the Master of Laws (LLM) degree and am in the process of qualifying to become a solicitor.I have previously worked on matters under various rules and in various jurisdictions, including the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA), the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC), the King's Bench Division and Chancery Division of the High Court of England and Wales, the Tribunal of Milan, the Court of First Instance of Monaco, the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands and the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.I graduated Phi Beta Kappa and magna cum laude from the University of Rochester with a bachelor’s degree in Economics (with Distinction) and Political Science and hold a master’s degree in Finance from London Business School.I am a Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) charterholder, a Financial Risk Manager – Certified by the Global Association of Risk Professionals, a Certificate in ESG Investing certificate holder and a Cardiff University Bond Solon Expert Witness (Civil) Certificate holder.I am a Freeman of the City of London and a Freeman of the Worshipful Company of International Bankers.I am a US and British dual citizen.
