Within the first year of my first job at Big Lots, retail associate, I was promoted to Furniture Sales Manager. I was trusted to manage inventory, sales, and appearance of the department. At my second job, laborer for an SKW joint construction project, I was given the role of running the crucial concrete heating operation after just 2 months of employment. The position held at Armstrong Ultilities, Premise Technician 3, was the same level of many of my former senior colleagues. In order to attain this, I completed course work relevant to my position whenever it was made available to me. It has been clear to my employers that I am exceptionally capable, reliable, and trustworthy. I actively educate myself on my work as to improve the quality of what I do. My ability to quickly learn and retain information has aided me in becoming a valued employee wherever I end up.
