About Christopher Hamel

For more than two decades, I have had the privilege of working with organizations to develop meaningful strategies and brands which resonate with consumers. My strengths are in the design and implementation of thoughtful strategies which integrate purpose, values, culture, data, and emerging trends. When working with a business, a government agency, or a nonprofit, my goal is to help tell a story which resonates with people and creates long-term success for my partners. Since 2009, I have served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Gateway Film Center in Columbus, Ohio. In this role I have had the pleasure of leading more than team members while we have served more than 4 million patrons. During my time at the Film Center we have received numerous local, national, and international accolades naming it among the most highly regarded independent cinemas in the world.
