As a commercial project manager who specializes in architectural finishes that are difficult and different, I have developed a specific set of skills that contribute to the successful realization of my client’s vision. Through proper contract negotiation, detail development, building and maintaining schedule, and consistent communication I have been able to set up projects for success and be in the position to adapt and adjust as conditions change. I bring value to customers and companies by a thorough understanding and interconnectedness of the building process from the owners needs through design development and implementation of construction best practices. My passion is to create a better world through the betterment of our built environment and to find creative, profitable solutions that provide value to the customer. By building important working relationships with a foundation of trust any potential conflicts can be identified, minimized and resolved without affecting the project. When I make a commitment, I will follow through with it and I strive to exceed all expectations.
