NEVER "Over promise & under deliver!" A mantra that should be in everyone's arsenal! I keep it simple, I bridge gaps, I associate with peoples from all walks of life, I understand the simplicity of "sales" as a profession. I have a great understanding of teamwork. Team work requires an ability to motivate each person in that team differently, through praise, constructive criticism and an open line of communication. I bring to the table the "old Army adage"."Task, Condition and Standards" It applies to almost any arena. A team needs to know what those Tasks, Condition and Standards are. A team should know that problem solving and ownership is encouraged while not stepping outside of the boundaries if it comprimises any of those three expectations. The teams that I have been associated with in my (3) careers; US Army, Nordstrom and Mossy, have been instrumental in my professional success. I hope in time, that I can "climb the ladder" to a position that allows me to pass on my knowledge and leadership to a new generation.
