Using Six-Sigma methodologies, I've identified and closed operational loops resulting in significant cost savings and shortening the onboarding turnaround time for healthcare providers. I have extensive experience with LMS management and content development, custom EHR implementation, provider credentialing, surveys, team leadership and team building, and mobile device management, technology provisioning / implementation. I have worked with clients to build processes and collaborations with a proven record of success. I am especially adept at managing those projects that don't fit neatly into an organization's operational structure - building the cross functional teams relationships that realize the project's goals.
