About Christopher Hicks

I’m a operations and manufacturing leader who possesses the required skills and experience to succeed in any leadership role. My track record of excellence includes turning around faltering manufacturing facilities, guiding all aspects of start-up for new facilities, and leading multiple facilities simultaneously to achieve unprecedented results. I’ve helped hundreds of direct and indirect reports to thrive in constantly evolving facilities and carried full P&L responsibility for budgets exceeding $200M. I truly believe that people are intrinsically motivated, and by helping each person understand how and why they are making a difference in the workplace, I can inspire individuals to continuously strive to reach their full potential. In today's knowledge-driven economy, the best measure of productivity is how much energy people bring to whatever hours they work and the value of the work they produce as a consequence. I’m inspired by my vision to create an environment that frees, fuels, and inspires everyone to bring more of their potential to work every day. Here are some characteristics of the teams I’ve built:They are committed to the vision and achieve extraordinary results. They share accountability for the results. They communicate transparently and resolve conflict constructively. They have mutual respect for each other and strong camaraderie. They have fun while making things happen. The work that I do is exceptional, and I deliver results. I’m an organized, results-driven leader that understands how to get the most out of my team, which is a solid foundation for success in any environment.
