an experienced it professional with over 15 years in the information technology field, i have a strong background in managing large-scale operations, providing technical support, and leading teams to successfully adapt to evolving business environments. starting my career in 2009, i gained extensive experience at vxi global solutions, where i served as an i.t. site manager from 2010 to 2022. i managed multiple sites across various locations, with a focus on supporting over users initially and scaling operations as i helped launch and manage a new site in tucson, az, which supported approximately 2,500 users. i led my team through the challenging transition to remote work during the covid-19 pandemic, ensuring the smooth shift of over users to home-based setups in under two weeks. after transitioning to everise in march 2022, i became an i.t. manager overseeing a diverse team of 30 technicians across the u.s, guatemala, india, philippines, and ireland. my responsibilities include managing desktop support, driving several projects, and monitoring key performance indicators (kpis) to ensure that over end users maintain a productive and efficient work environment. i also manage service level agreements (slas) and track the team's performance to meet organizational objectives. outside of work, i enjoy spending time with my children and pursuing my creative passions, including digital and physical art, video editing, and graphic design. as an avid comic book reader, i have a special interest in dc comics. my diverse interests and commitment to both personal and professional growth allow me to bring a unique, well-rounded perspective to my work.
