With over 6 years’ experience working in a highly complex and challenging industry that is both fast paced and heavily regulated, I have been successful in helping improve customer experience through data driven insights, evaluate internal systems and complex organisational processes for efficiency, problems, and inaccuracies, developing and maintaining protocols for handling, processing, and cleaning data, collaborating with cross-functional teams, prioritising work backlogs based on business value and exceeding expectations set by myself, colleagues and the senior leadership teams. Currently employed as a Senior Data Analyst in the Metering Transactions department as part of an internal task-force to deal with a variety of projects. With redundancy on the horizon I am looking for a mutually beneficial opportunity that I can lend my current analytical skills to and also further advance my own in new technologies and methodologies.
