I am currently a mature student studying towards a BSc (Honours) Computing and IT and I am partway through my second year of studies with The Open University. I have a passion for building and fixing computers for family and friends, building custom gaming PC’s, media centres and servers based on their needs and or my recommendations. Providing technical assistance to all my family and friends when they require by telephone or remote desktop support with the aim of teaching them how to resolve the issue should the problem arise again. After taking time out of work to look after my daughter and starting my studies at university I have recently returned to work and I am seeking a new challenge and a career in I.T. Having 12 years customer service and sales experience I have developed great problem solving skills, providing technical assistance, good attention to detail, organised, enthusiastic and able to work well under pressure. Great communication skills both verbal and written, complaints resolution and objection handling. I am a self-motivated person who is able to work as part of a team, or by myself. I am now seeking a new role where I can demonstrate a true passion to succeed, while learning, exceeding expectations and progressing through my career to senior roles.
