As an Associate Director and Senior Business Partner at Takeda, I led the TBS (GBS) inventory and reporting solutions for the Global Manufacturing and Supply Chain & Global Quality (GMSGQ) function (US sites), supporting the company's vision of delivering quality and innovative products to patients worldwide.I have successfully transitioned and implemented multiple SAP conversions, streamlined monthly closing procedures, developed and maintained SOX documentation, and led continuous improvement programs that resulted in significant operational and financial efficiencies.
