As a transormational leader, I play one small part within several diverse teams of talented clinicians tasked with the shared responsibility of saving and healing lives through facilitating organ, eye and tissue donation and transplantation. As the senior director of four distinct clinical departments, it is my honor to leverage 25+ years of healthcare, process improvement, policy development and leadership experience to break down barriers, promote and nurture improved lateral communication and collaboration within a multiservice organization, ensure regulatory compliance and maintain a healthy & rewarding culture for my teams. With a proven track record of successful development of programs from initiative through full deployment, I'm always looking for ways to grow my organization, but most importantly, my teams come first.
