Throughout my military experience,"Hooah", and my professional career, my mentors have taught me to believe that a great leader helps a group of people identify what they want and how to get it, and then influences that group, free of coercion, to take coordinated action to achieve the desired outcomes. A great leader achieves results at a level far beyond what others achieve. I have enjoyed great success in leading teams to achieve our collective goals throughout my lifetime. Here are some of the responsibilities in which I have excelled at-Improve the operational systems, processes, and policies in support of organizations mission - specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning-Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, IT and Finance), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions-Played a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence-Payroll management, including tabulation of accrued employee benefits-Disbursement of checks for agency expenses-Organization of fiscal documents-Regular meetings with Customer Leadership Team to address fiscal planning and review-Supervise and coach management team on a daily basis.
