My passion and focus has been in pet wellness since 2007 when I started into Pets Plus, a small independent brick & mortar store operated by my parents (Jim & Mary Joy) since 1998 and been in business as a delivery only/wholesaler since 1992. I am proud to be given the opportunity to lead an amazing team that has a focus on customer service, support beyond the sale, quality pet products, and delivering on value. Since I have become the lead, my team and I have had substanial growth year over year while maintaining incredibly high standards and marks for customer service in support. Since I have been apart of Pets Plus in Bemidji, Minnesota I have overseen: Ordering, logistics (both domestic and international), marketing, customer service, branding, wholesale, training, and technology integration- In 2013 I founded North Star Premium Pet to provide the trusted and responsibly sourced pet care products. I manage all aspects of North Star Premium pet from inception to shelf. North Star Premium Pet includes dry kibble, freeze dried, moist food, supplements, chews, and treats. North Star Premium is an independent brand distributed by Pets Plus Inc- I am lucky to have served my customers for over 14 years and continue to produce and innovate new products each year. Our goal to make sure that our customers through the physical location, website, or through wholesale are given the upmost customer service while providing great value.
