I’m a passionate chef with 20 years of experience working in different Hotels & Restaurants, where I prepare International as well as authentic cuisine that is popular with customers all over the globe. I would now like to expand my repertoire and am keen to be considered for this new post. I believe that I have the skills, creativity and qualifications to excel in the role and would like to bring my enthusiasm for creating new dishes to your establishment Currently, am an Executive Sous Chef at Crowne Plaza Hotel & Resorts, Upperhill Nairobi Kenya East Africa heading a group of 15 staffs per shift. I'm a team player,deadline oriented and able to give instructions to kitchen personnel's and I believe that my passion for great food shows in my work. It is out of my hard work that has contributed in promotion from various positions in a specific duration of time. This is to say that, I was promoted from Demi Chef to Chef de Partie and then to Sous Chef and later on to Executive Sous Chef in Reference with my Resume. I had a chance to sit in occasionally for my Executive Chef when he proceeds on his annual leave or whenever he's out for another duties. During this period I'd keep food cost under control.
