About Christopher Kattak

Motivated by the goal of entering the professional world of public relations, I have developed an array of skills and experiences that will assist me in being a successful member of any team I join. I held two internships within the communications industry, one with a regional sports network and the other with a non-profit organization. Most recently, I was the communications intern for the YES Network, where I worked directly with the vice president of communications to publicize the on-air programming and business activities of the regional sports network. Ialso pitched YES’ on-air talent to New York City media. In 2018, I completed an internship with Americares, a non-profit organization in Connecticut, where I assisted the communications team with media lists and drafted, proofread, and assisted in the distribution of press releases. I earned my Bachelor of Arts degree in communications, summa cum laude, from Sacred Heart University. Currently I am pursuing a Master of Science degree in public relations at Boston University.
