Dr. Khoury is dedicated to helping individuals with special needs reach their full academic potential. He has served this community in various aspects as an advocate, secondary teacher, by training future special education instructors, by researching academic outcomes for special needs students in inclusive settings, and by providing campus support for special education and assessment programs. He believes that all children can learn, and all children have the right to a meaningful education. Dr Khoury has earned his Ph.D. in Special Education, with an emphasis is Mild to Moderate Disabilities and Assessment. He currently holds a Principal and an Educational Diagnostician Certification, and has a license as a highly qualified EC-12 Special Education instructor, along with a Secondary Math Certification.
