About Christopher Killian

Hi, my name is Christopher Killian. I'm currently an Cell Therapy Specialist 1+ at Kite Pharma in the Manufacturing department. I have a BSc (Hons) in Microbiology from the Technological University of the Shannon with ambitions to break into the field of research or into industry. I have a good work ethic and experience working in a number of roles. I enjoy sports, music and fitness as my hobbies and have an interest in history and literature. I have over 18 months experience with a Contract Research Organisation, gaining experience of Quality Assurance and Sample Management areas through an internship as part of the third year of my degree and now with my role with PPD as a content editor 1. Through this role I have experience with Microsoft word, excel, Adobe PDF, and working with sensitive client data. my role includes the formatting of documents and compiling data from analysis. I also work with CofAs and other documentation. I have a year experience working in an industry leading gene therapy company, helping to provide critical CAR-T therapies to patients. This work includes aseptic work within a grade b environment.
