About Christopher Kingston

At the age of 17, I left school and went onto working in telesales not really knowing what I wanted to do in life. To support myself, I also started working on a pirate radio station DJing; and ended up placing a job in a night club working on weekend nights for around two years. At the age of 21, still unsure of what my dream job was, I started working in a public house as a bar man and made it up to Assistant Manager. I made a lot of friends when I worked here, one of them being a builder. On completion of three years, the company decided to give the place a refurbishment. When the pub closed to undergo the renovation; I decided to join my pub friend in the building trade and started as an apprentice. After seven years of working for my friends joint venture, I wanted to go solo and initiated my own building firm doing house refurbishments and other building work. Being self-employed for around two years, I still felt that there was something missing and was not content, as this was not what I really wanted to do. Whilst living in a shared accommodation in London, I met my life long partner Daisy who pushed me to follow my dreams. I then realised that all I needed so long was a bit of motivation to kick start my career. Building got the best of me and all I wanted now was to build and design my property portfolio. With the desire and passion to love my job, I put my foot down and wrapped up being a builder and left London to get married to my wife and pursue my career. Following my ambition have now started my property company and now have three HMO's that I manage and am always looking for more and looking into expanding into an estate agency in due time.
