About Christopher Kirby

Growing up, I was always inspired by the entrepreneurs in my family. Their work ethic and determination became an integral part of who I am. From long hours working to early mornings and seldom a day off, their commitment to their ventures while raising me left a lasting impression. This early exposure to business shaped my future. I pursued formal education at Munster Technological University (MTU), where I studied marketing and management. The knowledge and skills I gained there continue to be invaluable in my career. Seeking to expand my understanding of business practices, I completed a Master's degree in Global Business Practices from MTU. This program filled the gaps in my knowledge and gave me insights into the global corporate landscape. Now, as a Deputy Team Lead in Equity Plan Management, I draw on my family's entrepreneurial spirit, my academic knowledge, and my professional experience. Whether it's managing a team, building relationships with clients, or strategizing for better results, I strive to excel. In a nutshell, I am a product of my family's hard work and the rigorous academic training at MTU, navigating my way through the complex world of equity plan management.
