I am ambitious, result-driven, and passionate with several years of experience within the Supply Chain and Demand Planning area. I find it naturally to work and collaborate with people and gets motivated by finding solutions together as I am convinced people will see greater results if they work together rather than against each other. I am driven by strategy and thinking one step ahead as things always seems easier to fix before it happens. Due to the cross-functional job in the Supply Chain and work across big international companies as BESTELLER and Søstrene Grene, I have developed a strong understanding of concepts of inventory management throughout the Supply Chain as well as the relations between suppliers, buying, logistic, sales and finance that I use combined with my analytical and communication skills to improve the overall business. Identify, visualize and evaluating the main problems as well as opportunities through the complete Value Chain to optimize the general business. Forecast & Analysis Doing statistical forecasts and analysis to secure a high availability for customers as well as secure an optimal stock level at the same time. The running forecast is based on a high degree of data which are supplemented by qualitative data from key stakeholders to secure as high forecast accuracy as possible. Supply Chain Management Securing an agile Supply Chain and flow of goods from order placement to the end consumer. To minimize the Supply Chain complexity, I have a continuously cooperation with buying and key suppliers to optimize the flow of goods and reduce the general lead-times to have the possibility to react on unexpected situations and demands.
