Presented calibration candidate (willing to fulfil (5) day a week office requirement) in (9) days, navigated arduous interview process including (2) intensive assessments & multiple key stakeholders, to place a transformational leader so well regarded resulted in addtl search for ChapmanCG in APAC.Successfully placed the SVP of Global Total Rewards for a $6 B revenue US HQ entertainment company, exceeding the expectations of the European based CHRO who had previously taken eight months to fill the role. Identified and presented a slate of (3) calibration candidates in (9) days, managed (2) candidates through an eight-stage interview process including (5) senior stakeholders, and achieved successful placement in just (8) weeks.
