For over the past year and a half I have been the Senior Grants and Contracts Administrator for Sponsored Programs Administration at Mizzou. In this position I oversee the external grants and contracts for the School of Medicine. I effectively advise and review proposals for compliance with the sponsor requirements. This position takes a great deal of focus and attention to detail. I also negotiate, prepare, and administer acceptance of the awards and subcontracts given. I have been in broadcast television for most of my life. I have been cross trained so heavily over the years there isn't much I cannot due or at least have the general knowledge to be dangerous. I know all aspects of wide orbit traffic and wide orbit media sales. Complete expertise of running a traffic department alone for extended periods of time, while maintaining my other duties. Local, regional, and national sales. Can do programming and billing. Handle all the paid programming and per inquiry commercials for my station. I would say my greatest strength is inventory manipulation and management. I love details! If my job doesn't seem to have a thousand moving parts going on at one time, I just feel like something isn't right.As a side note I am a notary public and before the working at Mizzou I was an EKG tech and a machinist.
