Nationally registered, critical care credentialed paramedic with a lifelong drive for clinical excellence and improvement. Through a variety of work experiences, I have developed a rounded background in many facets of emergency medicine, including municipal 911 response, private EMS, ground and rotor wing critical care, Emergency Department operations, patient throughput, and clinical oversight. Graduate of American Military University with a degree in Emergency Management. Developer and manager of large quality assurance and CQI process incorporating 120 individual quality markers and 24 Key Performance Indicators for an EMS system overseeing 12 EMS agencies and 500 pre-hospital providers. This process includes a 100% quality review of all pediatric EMS incidents, 100% multi-layer narcotics administration review, and the implementation of clinical quality metrics aimed at improving actual bedside patient care in the field.
