I spent the majority of my career in the City of Newburgh Police Department Narcotics Unit both as an undercover investigator and the Supervisor of the unit. The narcotics unit was responsible for investigating all levels of narcotics crimes, illegal weapons crimes, and gang violence working jointly with all levels of government. I am currently assigned to Administration where I am responsible for bail reform compliance, internal affairs investigations, hiring and field training, departmental training, FOIL requests, records management, and animal control. I am the supervisor in charge of the newly formed Chaplaincy Unit and I am a supervising member of the Drone Unit. I also was a member of the SWAT Team for approximately 6 years.
