About Christopher Lahr

As an experienced Systems Analyst with a background in programming, help desk support, and custom software development, I thrive on finding innovative solutions to complex problems. My career journey has equipped me with a diverse skill set, ranging including ERP system implementation, web development and data reporting and automation. At SCAFCO Steel Stud Company, I played a key role in implementing a new ERP system, ensuring smooth training and setup. I developed internal tools to automate reports, enhance workflow efficiency, and meet the technical needs of departments. Prior to this, I served as an IT Programmer Analyst at Spokane County, where I managed the creation and maintenance of applications, websites, and web services across various programming languages. I specialized in report creation using SSRS and BI Publisher and provided troubleshooting for PeopleSoft custom processes. My journey started with a strong foundation in customer service and help desk support at Huntwood Custom Cabinets and Safeway. This experience honed my problem-solving skills and customer-centric approach, which I carry into all my professional endeavors.
