About Christopher Lavelle

Currently, I am working in Bua as the Head of Operations and Coaching. I have 7 years coaching experience working with GPP and athletes in many sporting disciplines. In the last 5+ years working at Bua, I have helped build the company from a single location to 5 locations across Leinster. As part of the Senior Management team, I have been developing and implementing strategies; leading and motivating our team; adapting to change and taking on many new challenges and working with a high energy and focus on the long term goal of expansion as well as maintaining high standards of the daily operations. I am self motivated and driven but I also work well with others and consider my communication skills one of my strengths. I have developed a growth mindset in which I enjoy challenges, always strive to learn more and actively seek opportunities to develop new skills. I am always open to feedback as I see it as crucial for my learning and development. I live by some strong values of Honesty, Care and Dependability. I am a very passionate Coach: helping people succeed is what drives me. I love watching clients and colleagues progress and achieve something they didn't know was possible. I work tirelessly for the good of others and I get great satisfaction and take pride in others achievements.
