About Christopher Lee Murray

I was always one who enjoyed making and fixing things. This came with the time I spent with my father, at a very young age, assembling and fixing computers. Since then, I've always wanted to be a "scientist"; but as I grew older that definition became clear. With my passion for innovating and solving problems, I now am moving towards becoming a highly proficient engineer. Yes, I do take my career/profession seriously. I studied computer software engineering -well, in an institution- however, my knowledge base extends much farther than simply software. My prior knowledge of hardware along with the knowledge I gain each day makes me a more rounded engineer. I even wet my threads and cores in some statistical programming and big data analysis from time to time. My preferred programming languages are firstly Python, then C. I am an avid Linux advocate and am fully supportive of Open Source agendas. I must say, I can't be all calculative. I also am a freelance designer, covering areas such as- web, company identity, publishing, product design, and UI/UX. When I am not working, I spend my time being healthy - in thoughts, physically, and environmentally. Hippie? Call it what you may.
