Passionate about strategic revenue growth, process innovation, challenging the norm, and building high performance teams. I enjoy overcoming complex business challenges and making high stakes decisions utilizing critical thinking decision making skills and experience-based judgment.A company’s growth must be driven by forward thinking leadership, sales and business development strategies. While being supported by data-analyzed marketing, innovative internal and external product development initiatives. Which allows the organization and teams I work with to apply big-picture perspectives to drive innovative strategies and execute immediate and long-term revenue growth objectives. Alignment within the organization and focus on the customer journey with top support creates a culture of success and growth. Whether working with internal teams or external partners, I employ a people-centric approach in interactions and collaborations throughout organizational levels. This methodology afforded me the ability to build go-to-market initiatives that produced strong industry partnerships that drove rapid growth and reduced operational costs across the organizations.
