With over 20 years of experience in diverse and competitive industries, I am a Project Director at Dynamic Workforce Solutions, a leading provider of workforce development and training solutions for communities and businesses. I have an Bachelors degree in Organizational Leadership, and I am skilled in analytical, presentation, and leadership skills. In my current role, I coach and lead 11 teams across the Green Country region, ensuring that they meet and exceed the performance goals and objectives for the funding source and the customers. I also oversee contracts with state and local entities, represent the Workforce Centers in various forums, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations. As a co-founder and board member of The Linder Group, a social enterprise that offers innovative solutions for social and economic challenges, I am passionate about making a positive impact in my community and beyond. I seek to collaborate with like-minded partners and investors who share my vision and values.
