I am an award winning international forensic Architect who has been working in the construction industry since 1986. I am licensed in fourteen states and hold a national certification for architecture. I was Chair of the AIA New Jersey Professional Practice Committee and maintain an active practice. I am a highly experienced expert who has written reports in more than 700 construction cases amounting to over $1 Billion in claims and includes providing testimony in multiple mediations, arbitrations and court appearances, including federal court. In addition to my testiyfing experience, I also teach seminars and have been published in various publications. As a Forensic Architect, I focus on the architects' standard of care and consult on construction claims for defects, delays, Errors and Omissions. I also perform dispute resolution and prepare expert reports for a wide range of construction issues and have worked on claims amounting to over $1B.
