I can summarize who I am in 3 words… People, Integrity, Vision I have modeled my life after these things which have served me well to excel in all aspects of my life: People: Every since I can remember I have had a passion for people. Leading people is always been something I have been asked to do despite many times usually never seeking that responsibility. People really are what make or break any situation. I have been blessed and continue to develop an Innate ability to read individuals and to lead them to success through a goal driven approach. People want to feel valued and important. They want to know they are accomplishing something, they want to be recognized for those accomplishments. It has always been about the first follower for me. Building a foundation of mutual respect and trust. This leads into my strength of being able to drive performance, coach, train, lead, and develop people to see their strengths and reach their potential. Integrity: Has proven to be a vital part in my overall success in my day to day life, business and family. Integrity to strive to do the right thing 100% of the time even if it is the difficult less traveled road. If there is an initiative or change that needs to happen having that drive to make those changes whether within as a leader or helping others make that change for the betterment of the organization as a whole. I strive to Be the right person for the job and if I am not be the first to admit and seek understanding or help. With that built in trust for those around me to know that I will do what I say I will do. Vision: It is so important to not only be able to take care of the real issues at hand in a organized professional manner. However, one thing that keeps me on the right track is a clear vision to see where we are headed as a company and what needs to happen to make that a reality. Agility to move with change and excel with that change in a wide spectrum.
